A little angry

When you’re angry, you don’t have to force yourself to calm down first

An unreasonable remark, something plainly unfair, or someone casually stepping over your line. Maybe you held it in at the time and said nothing, but back home it only gets worse: your heart is racing, your hands are a little shaky, and your mind keeps replaying the scene, thinking of what you should have said back.

Anger often protects something you care about

You get angry when something has been crossed: your boundaries, your effort, the fairness you believed you deserved. Anger itself isn’t a bad temper, and it doesn’t mean you aren’t mature enough. It is a signal that this touched something that matters to you.

Let the fire drift out across the field

The Field Room is wide open, and the wind carries sound a long way. You don’t have to forgive anyone right away, or answer that message yet. Step out to the balcony and let the wind blow for a while, or write every sharp word you held back on a bedside note, then fold it away so it stays only on your device, sent to no one. If anger often feels hard to hold and ends up hurting you or the people around you, it may help to talk with someone you trust or a professional.

No account, no name, and you can leave whenever you like.
