Wanting to cry doesn’t mean you are too fragile
Tears are often hurt and tiredness that have been building up for a long time, looking for a way out. They don’t need a “big enough” reason first, and you don’t have to wipe them away and act normal right away.
It’s okay to cry here for a while
The Morning Room is quiet. No one will see, and no one will ask what happened. Let the tears come for a while and wait for your breathing to slow, or write what you can’t say out loud on a bedside note and fold it away so it stays only on your device. If moments like this keep coming more often, or are affecting your daily life, it may help to talk with someone you trust or a professional.
No account, no name, and you can leave whenever you like.
